Infaq Izan's Bakery
Definition of Infaq
The word infaq (إنفاق) is derived from the Arabic anfaqa-yunfiqu, meaning to spend or disburse wealth. In Islamic terminology, infaq refers to the act of spending a portion of one's wealth for good deeds and in obedience to Allah SWT.
Objective of Izan's Bakery Infaq
The Izan's Bakery Infaq Programme aims to collect online infaq contributions from the public until reaching a collection target of RM125, equivalent to 5 boxes of original banana cake.
Once the collection target is reached, the contributions will be used to prepare original banana cakes, which will then be delivered directly by Izan's Bakery to mosques in the Gombak district on a rotating basis, as a token of appreciation and a way of sharing blessings with the local community.
